Robicon Generator Fuel Tank Welding Process

With its open type flexible welding cell, Robicon Robotik boils the fuel tanks of the new products of KJ Power Generator, one of the world’s leading generator companies.

Yaskawa AR3120 Welding robot, 1-axis 1000 kg capacity standard positioner and Fronius TPS 320i welding machine were preferred in the arc welding robotic system designed by Robicon Robotics.

The robotic welding system, designed by the Robicon design team considering the ease of loading, can be welded 12 different sizes of workpieces in the same welding system with its special fixture structure.

The welding process, which was applied manually in 180 minutes before this system, is welded in only 80 minutes after this system, and thanks to the arc sensor and touch sensor functions, the fuel tank sealing is 100% guaranteed after welding.
